Things to pay attention to when working with an excavator

发布时间:2026-08-20

Excavators often encounter various working conditions in the work, danger everywhere, work production, safety first. Among them, steep slopes are the most common, so how to make the excavator work smoothly, when climbing, pay attention to: 1. Observe the angle of the slope to see if it is within the performance range of the excavator. If the slope is too large, try to keep the machine balanced, reduce the center of gravity of the body, extend the small arm to the head, and keep the bottom surface and slope of the bucket at 90 degrees. 2. Remove large stones, a stone block will also make the crawler slip. When going downhill, pay attention to: 1. Remove stones. 2. Be sure to be slow, whether it is a large or small slope, be sure to let the excavator bucket touch the ground first.
常见的几种容易发生的安全事故
㈠.下坡时手扶门框,是不对的,尽量不要手扶门框。挖掘机工作时,驾驶室门关上要锁,开也要锁。

When walking, it is very dangerous to raise your arms. Due to the high lifting of the working device, the center of gravity is high, and the ground is slightly uneven, the car will overturn. Be sure to keep an eye on the road on your feet.

(Iii) When driving on soft ground, to avoid the excavator being trapped, try it with a bucket first. Don't stay in the same place for a long time. Walk more in a straight line and avoid detours.

(Iv) Attention should be paid to blind spots and enhance safety awareness. When not driving in an open field, the excavator should be kept to the left as much as possible to leave more space on the right side.

(5) Riding on the ditch, you must be in place at one time. If you must re-dig, you can only return half the track distance at most. Drivers must have independent thinking and safety awareness.

(Vi) Pipelines need special attention. It is very dangerous to dig out pipelines. Pipelines are also landfilled by excavators, and usually buried with sand. Of course, some pipelines are on the ground and must not be touched. Keep a safe distance to avoid hurting the oil cylinder or being injured by electricity.
